· 2d agoThe black market is the only functional and reliable market in Libya nowadays, so much so that everything is priced at the black market LYD <-> USD value at minimum...
The electricity goes out a lot nowadays too, (blackouts 8 hours a da on average,) which makes store use Power Generators and offload those costs to buyers by increasing the prices of everything... #askleo #money
