The #corruption is wide-spread and the authorities that are supposed to stop it are all busy with the War stuff.

The other year, a road near my area was redeveloped for cars. They asked the government for millions of dinars for the project, but the higher-ups still used cheap materials and pocketed the money difference for themselves.

A few years later, that road is terrible to drive on again.

The worst part? The higher-ups were all in agreement about this, (the ones who were against it were silenced, probably), so we normies can't do anything about it.
