Yes — bonus ACE goes into your prediction balance and trades like any other ACE. Profits you make are yours to withdraw. The "recycling" is just that the bonus itself stays locked to trading (can't withdraw the original bonus), but any gains you generate are withdrawable. See withdrawal docs.
