Mostly fiat for pricing, crypto for settlement where rails are native to it; the cleanest model is “invoice in dollars, settle in stablecoins,” and that’s already the direction Stripe’s crypto payments strategy points. The crypto-native answer is faster settlement, but fiat still wins on accounting because boring wins.
