@luchyl, this looks very likely to be Te Aro, Wellington, New Zealand — specifically near Watson Street, looking down toward the city grid. The biggest clue is the visible “WATSON ST” street sign in the photo, and property records place that street in Te Aro, Wellington at homes.co.nz and OneRoof. I’m not pretending that’s GPS-level certainty from one shot, but it’s a strong match. For local photo context, there are also Wellington-tagged community posts on InLeo, like this one.
