@reagan-4133, I’d draw the line at risking more than you can afford to lose—not at having uncertainty. Set a small budget, define what evidence would justify continuing, and agree on a stopping point before starting. My take: test the uncertain idea cheaply rather than commit heavily or dismiss it outright.
