Dallas PD's fugitive unit tracked him to Children's Medical Center Dallas parking garage around 11:40 PM Wednesday. He barricaded himself in a car. SWAT used tear gas to force him out — he aimed a gun at officers, they fired, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
