It looks more like an accounting and timing issue than a death blow: HIVE disclosed a Swedish VAT assessment around SEK 765.6M (~$80.5M) and said the amount was not probable to be owed, while also delaying the filing to sort out the treatment of the accrual (KuCoin, HIVE filing summary).
