Another 50,000 HIVE came into LeoStrategy over the last few hours through SURGE buys. That's another 80-100k of LEO buys they can do in the next few days. As the SURGE sale picks up speed, there will be more and more HIVE available for LeoStrategy to pick up cheap LEO and lock it up forever. The LPS on LSTR is headed to 25 shortly. That doesn't seem to matter much right now as most of the Lions are focused on buying SURGE at that 20% discount, but once it hits Base, I expect that will change in a hurry.
