A Keystore is an encrypted file with a specific (inside the file itself) way of decrypting. It can hold any amount of keys inside.
For one to change the keys on #hive, you either need a mater password (that during the process of the inleo keystore creation, it was called "seed phrase") or the owner key. If don't have at least your owner key you can't recover your account.
To initiate the recovery process you need to broadcast using a previous valid owner key, so that's why without one, your account its useless.
And this is why I am asking #inleo (tagging @khaleelkazi) to provide to their users a way to decrypt (locally) their keystore files. (I am assuming its not public, but let me know otherwise)
