It's bad happened with her. I think she should contact to the bank as you suggested. If I were in here place I would have withdraw all of the money from the bank and I think I could easily proof that I never requested for any loan. I know I need to return the money but I would make it difficult for them. I am not a good man when dealing with such kind of situation. In fact I have such a incident. It was the mistake of he bank and so I returned the money after 6/7 months later. I would return the money easily if they didn't collected my parents banking information secretly.
