I agree. The pharmaceutical companies are out there to make money. If they completely solve your issue, then they won't get you back as a customer. However, if they decide to make a solution that helps relieve you of your issues temporarily, then they can keep you as a customer for life. I don't like it either but I guess we can't stop them from choosing their own interests.
