AI use boosts individual performance, but not always organizational performance. Companies must do their own R&D to integrate AI effectively. Reward AI innovation, align incentives, and build both a 'Crowd' of users and a focused 'Lab' for breakthroughs.

Very interesting post by Ethan Mollick who is professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. I study entrepreneurship & innovation and AI. I am trying to understand what our new AI-haunted era means for work and education.
