Set @leothreads as an autovote

We'll be trying the @commentrewarder project to help reward Threads. Basically, all rewards will be beneficiaried to this bot and then it splits container rewards to all Threaders who received upvotes

Our curators will continue their normal curation of Threads. According to some, this should help with the downvote problem where Threaders are being targeted with downvotes because some people don't understand the value of Short-Form engagements

We'll give it a shot. To make the rewards larger, upvote the container posts that are now setting 100% beneficiary to comment rewarder

Note: we will not change our other curation activities. We'll continue to ALSO curate threads as we always have done. Despite Hive core downvoting them
