The first SURGE dividend is getting paid at 0:00 UTC (in less than 24 hours)

The snapshot hasn't happened yet (it's randomized in the 24 hours leading up to each Monday's payout)

The effective yield can now be checked via the @surge.yield manager Agent which can be called with "!SURGE stats"
