When these new changes go into effect, @leo.voter APR will likely go up
Why? LEO paid out will actually go down
But I expect LEO will outperform HIVE. HIVE is used to delegate to Leo.voter. So when LEO outperforms what the underlying delegation is, the APR will be way higher
We need to attract more HP to Leo.voter using this
