Right now, you can earn your SURGE yield each week as HBD or LSTR
If HBD, you receive HBD
If LSTR, HBD is swapped to LSTR and paid to you
If we added SURGE, it'd work like LSTR (HBD swapped to SURGE and autocompounded in your wallet)
