It's been 8 hours since I made this complaint and I've not gotten the 10 HBD refund yet.

How much longer do I have to wait or is there another way to register the complaint?

For clarity purposes, I was trying to subscribe to #premium but made double transaction - sent 10 HBD to @leopool twice, which is 20 HBD. I expect the extra 10 HBD to be refunded, hence this complaint. Thank you
