Artichoke is a belter, I had artichokes and olives on a pizza a couple of weeks ago!

As for veggies, my favourite is either mushrooms or courgettes (you would say zuchinni)

But if only then it has to be courgettes because they are so versatile tasty and fluffing easy to grow!
