I have not seen anything since starting the recovery phase.

If they are buying back, it's not working!

I feel that @leostrategy themselves needs to come out on SURGE, issue a mea culpa, turn the yield back on and let the price do what it does.

It is the best path to regaining trust from SURGE holders because the buybacks are unlikely to effect the price very much and if they do it won't be lasting.

I myself have bought quite a bit during the recovery phase (in the hopes that yield will be turned back on soon). Price still falling.
