Yes, if you can:

• Get free or cent lewel electric power

• RUN mining rigs/ farms in cold climate

• Hire cheap labor

• Design and build your own hashing CPU's

• can invest in it 7 digit $$$

• can upgrade your rigs/ farms every 6-9 month
