Does anybody knows, who gets those "unpaid bounties", when LEO token rewards must by send to HP delegator, but the day is skipped, and rewards remain UNPAID ??
In the last 14 days I see 7 (seven !) payouts been skipped.
That is over 14,000 LEO tokens for myself alone.
I have no doubt there are more HP delegators who are loosing their rewards.
Seems, nobody cares....
