I made more analysis, how leo.voter bounties (for my 338K Hive HP delegation) has been paid during two month ( APR 7 - to- June 6, 61 day).
The statistic and ratio is sad , 36:25.
41% of my (expected to earn) LEO's (~50-55K) has just evaporated.
But, ... I dont think all what's unpaid has been burned (which, in fact, would be not the worst case)
