Batman The Animated Series is basically the standard for how to handle these characters, so a board game built around the rogues gallery sounds like a decent way to spend a night, the villains were always the best part of that show anyway, I just hope the mechanics actually reflect how those characters work and not just generic moves with their faces on the cards,
