George RR Martin attached to an Elden Ring movie from A24 with a record breaking budget is genuinely some of the craziest news to come out of the entertainment world in a while, I do not even know how you put that world on screen at that scale but if any studio has the taste and the guts to try it is A24, the dark fantasy tone of that game fits exactly the kind of storytelling they do best and with Martin involved you know the lore is going to be treated seriously, this thing has the potential to be something nobody expected from a video game adaptation.
