now days I hardly believe that there are certain people who just hate to pick up the phone, I find this so annoying because there are things that can be solve way faster over a phone call, putting aside the fact that is just better to listen and more formal to talk to someone rather than just chat, there is also the plus that shows that you care about something, idk its just me, probably Im getting older 😅
