500K LEO will be burned before USDC rewards go live
A couple of days ago, I did a poll wondering what other lions think about:
How much $LEO do you think will be staked at Arbitrum on day 1 of USDC rewards?
I didn't have that many responses so will just run a couple of estimations.
I asume that most people who unwrap LEO, will stake it so staked LEO = LEO moved to Arbitrum.
As far as I know arbitrage fee will be between 1% and 5%, not sure if I am up to date though, so correct me if I am wrong!
5M staked, 1% bridging fee: 50K burned
10M staked, 1% fee: 100K burned
15M staked, 1% fee: 150K burned
20M staked, 1% fee: 200K burned
5M staked, 5% fee: 250K burned
10M staked, 5% fee: 500K burned
15M staked, 5% fee: 750K burned
20M staked, 5% fee: 1M burned
My guess: +- 500K LEO will be burned
(15M staked with a 3-4%fee)
