I've eaten cashew, peanut and almond butter, so far almond butter wins every day, and from what I know it's less inflammatory then peanut, which is a good thing because even too much inflammation is bad.
People should really switch from time to time.
Still have pistachio butter to try ๐คค it's green, looks like what a Gremlin would puke ๐
