- 1/2 ounce Brandy
- 1 1/2 Red Tawny Port Wine
- 3/4 ounce Egg Yolk
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake well with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Sprinkle with fresh ground nutmeg.
