- 2 ounces Pisco
- 1 ounce Lemon Juice
- 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 Raw Egg White
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a chilled goblet glass.
Few dashes of bitters on top as an aromatic garnish.
