• 1 1/2 ounces White Smooth Grappa
• 3/4 ounce Fresh lemon Juice
• 1/2 ounce Honey mix (replace water with chamomile)*
• 1/2 ounce Chamomile cordial
• 1/4 ounce Egg White (Optional)

Pour all ingredients into the shaker. Shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled small tumbler glass filled with ice.

Notes:
*If desired water can be replaced by chamomile infusion in the honey mix.

Garnish with lemon zest and white grapes.
