Trump Media has formed a new partnership with a cryptocurrency platform and Yorkville Acquisition to create an entity called Trump Media Group CRO Strategy.

This venture has begun by acquiring 684.4 million CRO tokens, valued at approximately $105 million, with the goal of building a $6.4 billion CRO treasury.

The treasury will actively manage CRO tokens, operate a validator on Cronos, and reinvest rewards to increase holdings.

The venture also plans to go public on Nasdaq with the ticker symbol MCGA, aiming to become the largest holder of CRO with about 19% of the supply.
