Holo! Although BTC is all the rage, we don't stop looking at tokens in our ecosystem. The $ZING is still down. As most of my tokens I have bought, I am obviously in the red, but I will continue with my strategy to keep buying, and with this I will manage to better average the total cost of my investment. How did I do this time? Let me tell you about it in this post. The strategy
Almost 90% of my $ZING were bought. As a good accountant, I have everything written down, and I know the amount invested and the average cost of each $ZING. A well-known trading strategy is to average the orders we have: if we buy at a price and it just starts to take a direction opposite to the one we want, we can trust our analysis and buy back lower, hoping that it will go in the direction we want.
In this case, the technical analysis that can be applied to it is little, in view of how new the token is in the market, so fundamental analysis becomes more important. And it tells us that there is a good chance that the price of the token will go up when it is announced. So that timing will be key. And I think it may beat my average cost, so I'll be in the green again. So I'm back to investing at prices I've never seen before, at least in Tribaldex.
The moves.
Market. As I commented in the previous post, I was happy to learn that via @keychain I can buy $ZING as well. That makes that I already have two options and can compare the best price on one and the other. That's what I did this time, and in the image you can see the best price I found. The difference was not much, but when we add the volume, the difference in tokens is significant, at least for me.
Stake. The APR that is being offered for the $ZING in stake keeps going down, and we were told this would happen. So there is no problem. I simply see that the return will be higher with this mode than delegating HP. Although we already know that delegations can be rewarded in other ways in the future, as we saw in one of the updates in the community.
So, I am taking these new tokens I just bought to stake, knowing that it will perform well. I will not increase the delegation yet.
But the best APR we have in Holozing is with the liquidity pool, at 70% at the time of writing this post. Still, I'm not sure about raising my stake there, in view of the fact that what I want to do is buy $ZING, not buy $HIVE. So I don't want to go in with my prized $ZING in that mode. what do you think?
Conclusion
If you want to be a regular player or a sporadic player, this token will have relevance for our strategy in the game. So I want to keep accumulating even though these weeks are bearish. I'm not saying that everyone should do that, but at least I do want to, and even more so when I think of the opportunities I missed by not entering last year. Como la mayoría de mis tokens los he comprado, obviamente estoy en números rojos, pero seguiré adelante con mi estrategia de seguir comprando, y con ésto lograré promediar mejor el costo total de mi inversión. ¿Qué tal me fue ésta vez? La estrategia
Casi un 90% de mis $ZING fueron comprados. Como buen contador, tengo todo anotado, y conozco el monto invertido y el costo promedio que tiene cada $ZING. Una conocida estrategia de trading es promediar las órdenes que tenemos: si compramos a un precio y justo empieza a tomar una dirección opuesta a la que queremos, podemos confiar en nuestro análisis y volver a comprar más bajo, con la esperanza de que vaya en la dirección que queremos.
En éste caso, el análisis técnico que se le puede aplicar es poco, en vista de lo muy nuevo que es el token en el mercado, por lo que el análisis fundamental cobra más importancia. Y éste nos dice que hay mucha probabilidad de que el precio del token suba cuando se anuncie su lanzamiento. Así que ese momento será clave. Y creo que puede superar mi costo promedio, así que estaré en verde de nuevo. Así que vuelvo a invertir con precios nunca antes vistos, al menos en Tribaldex.
Los movimientos.
Mercado. Como comenté en el post anterior, me contentó saber que mediante @keychain puedo comprar $ZING también. Eso hace que ya tenga dos opciones y pueda comparar el mejor precio en uno y el otro. Eso fue lo que hice en ésta ocasión, y en la imagen pueden ver el mejor precio que encontré. La diferencia no era mucha, pero cuando agregamos el volumen, la diferencia de tokens es significativa, al menos para mi.
Stake. El APR que se está ofreciendo por los $ZING en stake sigue bajando, y ésto ya nos lo habían dicho que pasaría. Así que no hay problema. Sencillamente veo que el rendimiento será mayor con ésta modalidad que delegando HP. Aunque ya sabemos que las delegaciones pueden ser recompensadas de otras formas en el futuro, tal como vimos en una de las actualizaciones en la comunidad.
Por eso, estoy llevando a stake estos tokens nuevos que acabo de comprar, sabiendo que tendrá un buen rendimiento. La delegación no la aumentaré aún.
Pero el mejor APR que tenemos en Holozing es con la piscina de liquidez, con un 70% al momento de escribir éste post. Aún así, no estoy seguro de subir mi participación allí, en vista de que lo que deseo es comprar $ZING, no comprar $HIVE. Así que no quiero entrar con mis apreciados $ZING a esa modalidad. ¿Qué opinas tú?
Conclusión
Si se quiere ser un jugador habitual o un jugador esporádico, éste token tendrá relevancia para nuestra estrategia en el juego. Así que deseo seguir acumulando a pesar de que éstas semanas se muestre bajista. No estoy diciendo que todos deban hacer eso, pero al menos yo sí quiero hacerlo, y más aún al pensar las oportunidades que perdí por no entrar el año pasado.
