How I Incorporate Mindfulness in My Daily Routine

As the type of demanding society we find ourselves into right now, trust me it is really getting so easy to be carried away with the demands of hustle that most of the time leads us to stress and even make us to burnout. One of the things I have actually come to discover from my own personal experience is that one of the ways to be able to balance both is the fact that i have learnt how to remain calm in chaos.

Trying to practice how to remain calm in chaos and disturb situations is when I found out about something called mindfulness. In my daily routine, one of the things I did not always joke with is mindfulness because it has always helped me to be able to pass through life with ease and be able to handle issues that come my way either the ones that are quite expected or the one that took me as a surprise.

The first thing I do whenever I wake up daily is to practice the morning mindfulness. Waking up, I take a deep breath and plan out what I actually want to achieve for the day in order to maximise the productivity I will like to achieve at the end of the day. This is the first thing I even do before getting out of my bed. This helps me to start the day with full optimism about how the day will go and what I am looking forward to achieving for the day.

Let me talk about the intention aspect, it might not necessarily be limited to a specific goal or task that many of us might be talking from but the fact also that I have this mindset that will not only help me to achieve those intentions or those tasks but also that will help to carry me throughout the day. And one of the mindset that I always have is the fact that I made sure that I achieved positivity either in my thoughts or even in what I do.

The next mindfulness I practice which I did not joke with is the mindful eating. Now that might be funny for some people but the truth of the matter is it is really important because it is really needed to nourish the body and the soul also. I did not always joke with my breakfast as it gives me another way to practice mindfulness. This makes me take care of my body and my health by making use of healthier food.

Then one of the most important I engaged myself to is the mindful movement I engaged in all through my daily routines. It can be exercise or even a simple stretching activity. Yes during those activities of exercise, I make sure I didn't push myself too hard because of the health impact but instead I make sure I pay careful attention to what my body is demanding from it at that particular moment to maximise the mindfulness in movements. It helps me to stay connected not only to my body but several times I have seen that it helps me to reduce the tension and the stress that I might have built up all through the day.

The next other thing I practiced is the fact that I make sure that I stay focused and remain calm because most of the time, work can really be a major source of stress for me most especially the most busiest times. Before I make sure that I start any task, I make sure that I clear my mind from distractions because it can really be a source of hindrances for me. Most especially when my thoughts are not focused but wandering, it makes me give up on the task because at the end of the day it will not really be productive.

One of the Mindfulness I practiced so much was the mindfulness of communication because mindfulness is not just been for yourself but also meeting the needs of others. One of the things I always incorporate is the fact that I give listening ears when speaking to me. This will really increase my interactions with others of my mate and increases relationship with my mates also. Not only that it also helps me to increase how I express myself.

And also before I end the day, I always make sure that I have a deep reflection of how the day goes and that is carried out for the day and this is the most important when I need to have total gratitude on how the day goes. I begin to reflect on what I did during the day and those activities I carried out whether the ones of negativity or the ones of positivity depending on how it eventually goes at the end of the day actually.

This allow me to view my experiences and know where to adjust for the next day. I picked the lessons I need to learn for the day and overcome some negatives emotions that I might still have for the day actually. I begin to be grateful for the things that happen that is of positivity whether small or big it is. This makes me to be appreciative of the positivity that lies in my life and which I really cherished every single day. This brings perfection to my daily routines.

As I conclude, I will say that there have been so much of positive impact that I will say practicing mindfulness has done to my life and which I am really grateful of and it has really helped me to achieve my daily routines more at a very convenient way. Even though it can really be quite challenging at times to carry them out, I will say it is always benefiting for me at the long run. At first I actually thought it is quite complex but at the end of the day, I discovered it is not really complex as I thought.
