It is another bright day to make use of every day we are able to see and contribute positively to our environment. I have always have this mindset that every single day we have is to contribute it positively to our surrounding and one of the ways is by cleaning up our environment.

Whenever I reflect over the year 2024 and what has been achieved so far, there are a lot of blessings I always remember and lot of surprises that have come my way which I was not even expecting. Going through all the gifts I have received this year, I will say one gift really stands out and that is receiving a brand new pair of shoes from my elder Brother Adegboyega
There are actually a lot of reasons that made the gift so special to me but I will say one of the things that made it so special is the timing it came. I was really in die need of a new pair of shoe because the former one I was using has actually worn out.
I was just thinking of where to get funds to get a new pair of shoe because getting the quality pair of shoe here I lived is really quite so expensive. Well my elder brother been the ultimate brother he is always then chose to surprise me with that gift. The gift I was longing for.
One of the touching reason that made the shoe also perfect for me was the fact that my elder brother took his time to actually picked the perfect pair based on my preference. He knows I always love shoes that look cooperative because most of the time, I always dress like the office guy.
The shoe beyond been a gift represent something much much than a gift for me. It represents my brother's love and support. My parents growing up taught me to always appreciate things in life whether they are little or big, this gift made me remember that my family will always be there to give that support I need to scale through in life.
That will be all for the writing prompt, now let me move into my cleaning activity for today.
My Cleaning Exercise
Well my cleaning exercise was done in the morning when I was actually done with my daily house chores.
Looking around my environment and looking at how dirty it has been as it has been littered with unnecessary nylon and dirty materials, I decided to do the cleaning up. I started by cleaning up the nylon that was spread to the grass and making it look so disorganised.
Then I moved to picking the used materials littered around and well I made use of it with the aid of a broom. Well it actually bails me out and makes my work faster.
I saw used sticks of plantain close to the very house of mine. I decided to get it disposed of because it should not be at that place. Probably the particular person was lazy to dispose of.
Then I saw dried grass also which I picked together and am planning to burn it probably tomorrow when it becomes much more dried.
