In the journey of life, there are some people who are meant to be with you for a short period of time, some are meant for a season, while some are meant to stay with you throughout your existence. The day we succeed to realize this fact is when we would cease to hold unto people who takes the exit path from our lives as a sign of an end to their regime.
No matter what may happen and how funny humans may be, there will still be those set of people that has come to stay permanently in your life to support you and be with you through thick and thin and that person is my Dad.
My Dad has been my greatest supporter through thick and thin and as we would call fathers in my tribe as **MIRRORS **, he's a mirror that mirrors support to me.
Just when you might begin to think as you read through that "does he have an option?" since I'm his daughter then I'm glad to let you know that there are many responsible fathers out there who won't still support a child when they are not bringing food to their tables just like I heard from a woman one day saying "any child who does not give me money can't be my responsibility except he/she want to be cursed" and I was terrified at hearing her say that.
My dad knew me to be a strong person who would wanna survive on her own and he would always tell me that he wouldn't want me to lose my courage to live and rise back to my feet because of the switch I had in life and that is why I must not hesitate to let him know anytime I am in need of anything.
Even though I find it odd to really act on that and become a liability on him at this age, he would always ensure that he ask me enough questions to derive if I am in need of anything even when I stylishly would wanna avoid his question.
My Dad is not just a dad, he's a friend and confident who is ready to support you morally, financially, physically and in every aspect you may want to think of. I wonder what I would have become if my Dad was really the kind of parents who would weigh on a child to buy them this and that. You know all these materialistic parents who doesn't care if a child has to steal or become a prostitute, just bring money is what they are concerned about.
He is my forever supporter and I wish to start repaying back soon and till forever.
