Remembering how this topic became a point to argue on in a group of a few friends some time ago get me really smiling.
While on the path to choose between staying single, with full access to your freedom, independence, privacy, right to do things at your own will, self decision with no interference, no endurance for anyone's attitude as a partner and more OR being in a relationship where you can love, be loved and have someone to share your life with. Which one would you prefer?
In as much as I don't want to sound like a lover girl, I don't think it will still be so easy to pull that off from this blog.
Tasting two different delicacies gives you the confidence to talk about each of them, picking which one remain the best based on your own opinion.
So I would say that having experienced both, being in a relationship and being single, no matter what side advantages that being single may carry, it still can't be compared to when you are in a relationship with someone you love and loves you the same.
Yes, I had to bold that because not being with someone you love and they love you in return is as worse as being in hell and trust me that such person would be better off as being single than going through such.
Let's forget about the fact that our good relationships didn't end at a destination we thought it will but the feeling and memories they carry remains with us in a good place of our heart.
Loving is actually a beautiful thing. You have someone to share every of your wins and falls with, someone you start and end your day with, someone whom you can call YOURS & MINE, someone who's ready to listen to your gibberish talks like they're the sweetest words in the planet, someone whose every text brings smile to your face, someone whose incoming call activates a zeal to pick up and hear their voices instantly, someone who feels so near even if they are far away, someone whom your heart lingers and wait so impatiently for, like you both haven't spoken for days.......
Every fights are memories you remember and smile over and every happy moments together feels like paradise on earth.
No one is perfect and even the world itself isn't perfect so I expect that the past relationships I have, had may have led to nowhere but that will not make me choose to remain single in any way.
The feeling of being alone even with the whole freedom and independence is actually not interesting.
In summary, LONELINESS CAN KILL. Even if you take yourself out to travel through the world, treat yourself to nice meals or go on adventures...... Loneliness will strike you somehow.
So I'm not doing o and I'd rather choose companionship.
