So many times we feel like superheroes when we are able to get some things done that normally and ordinarily looking at it, we are supposed to contract it to people who are professionals to do it. The joy does not only end on being able to do it but seeing how close-to-perfection we are able to do these things that could have cost us some or huge amount of money to be done by the professionals.

Just like last night when someone asked me what I'm secretly proud of but do not always flaunt or talk about it and what else could have been my number one answer than the ability and gift to do so many things.
This is not about hyping myself and if it does sound like one, yes please allow me take the crown this minute and appreciate who God made me to be, lol.
Talking about the things I can do for myself without contacting professionals in the areas of the job, I can actually talk about so many things. From editing videos when I can outsource it to professionals but I'll still produce a very good one for myself, or decorating our small or not-too-big events and that's where I really get people talking as to how many things I'm really good at doing and you can imagine how lifted and swelling my head will always be when I hear those words. In fact, some call me jack of all talents, lol.
Let me burst the situation further, lol. I do master of ceremony (MC) for small events that doesn't have to do with donation of money anyways but be it birthdays, naming ceremony/child dedication, church programs, and any other small events you can think of and so many other things.
But let's say we're talking particularly about things in my home, I think there are few things I could do like using of hammer for furnitures that are about to fall out but preventing it from damaging further let alone calling a furniture professional to sort it. I can paint apartments instead of calling professionals as long as it's not a storey building.

I can plaster a part of the wall that needs cement plastering and there was a time I could tamper with electrical stuffs, binding wires together to fix a non-working device or appliance but the fear of electrocuting myself and dying by electricity made me withdraw.
However, one more thing I can absolutely boast of and talk about doing for myself at home is making my hair myself.
Not really like I had been doing this right from time so I won't take credit for that but I got influenced watching a video online of people styling their hair themselves and just like the curious person that I am, I decided to try it out and boom it worked.
This doesn't mean I still don't contact hairstylist professionals for my hair but that's if I'm making styles that I'm meant to carry for a long period of time but as long as it's just styles to roam the street for some time or to lay low underneath the wigs.
It might not look so much but at least it saves me the urgent and unplanned expenses I could have been having just to fix these things.
I'll be dropping my ๐๏ธ here on the Hive Learners community prompt
