In this video, I dive into some of the SPS burn statistics to see who is burning SPS at a time like this. With SPS so low and DEC well below it's peg value, it makes absolutely no sense to burn SPS for DEC. We do have some passive SPS burning mechanisms like Land taxes and there are some people electing to burn SPS for Glint, but doing it for DEC just makes no sense at the moment.
