Making the pancake batter:

First, mash the ripe bananas thoroughly using a spoon. If they aren't mashed well, the pancake batter won't be smooth.

Next, add the sugar and stir well until it has completely dissolved.

Add the egg and cardamom powder thoroughly. Continue mixing for about 5 minutes, or until small bubbles begin to appear in the batter.

Then, add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt to the mixture and combine well.

Finally, gradually add the milk to the batter. It is best to add it in small amounts; adding all the milk at once can sometimes make the batter too thin.

You can easily check the consistency of the batter using a spoon—it should be neither too thick nor too thin.

The fun part of making pancakes:

Place a frying pan on the stove and heat it slightly. Then, brush a little oil onto the surface.

Using a large spoon, pour the mixture into the pan.

There’s no need to spread the mixture out after pouring; if you do, the pancake won’t rise properly.

After a short while, you’ll notice bubbles forming on the surface, and the top will gradually firm up. At this point, flip the pancake over.

The top side will turn a deep brown color—honestly, this moment is so satisfying! 😊After about a minute, remove the pancake from the stove. I made all the pancakes this way.

Finally, the banana pancakes are ready to serve! You can pair them with your choice of fruits, honey, or chocolate. I simply decorated mine with a few banana slices.

Look at how beautifully the pancakes have risen! Inside, they have a slightly porous, cake-like texture. They are perfectly cooked through, with no raw spots at all, and there’s a lovely, sweet aroma of banana coming from within.

Pancakes are made using very little oil or butter, and because they contain healthy ingredients, they are both delicious and nutritious. I hope you enjoy today’s recipe! Every comment you leave inspires me to create something new. Do try the recipe and let me know how you liked it. That’s all for today—see you in the next post! Take care, everyone. 💛

Thank you for reading my post! 😊😊
