Hola amigos de esta increíble comunidad, en esta ocasión preparé un jugo que tiene un ingrediente que me encanta agregar a mis jugos, ya que contiene muchos nutrientes y una combinación que lo hace bastante refrescante y perfecto para los días calurosos. Este lleva naranjas, chayote, azúcar y esencia de vainilla. Además, es bastante saludable, gracias a sus ingredientes que aportan lo mejor de lo mejor para nuestro organismo. El chayote es un vegetal que contiene mucha agua, fibra, hierro y potasio, que nos ayuda a mejorar nuestra presión arterial y combatir el estreñimiento, así como las naranjas, que son fuente de vitamina C. Así que acompáñame en el paso a paso de este saludable jugo.
Hello friends of this amazing community, this time I prepared a juice that has an ingredient that I love to add to my juices because it contains many nutrients and a combination that makes it quite refreshing and perfect for hot days. This one has oranges, chayote, sugar and vanilla essence. Besides, it is quite healthy, thanks to its ingredients that bring the best of the best for our organism. Chayote is a vegetable that contains a lot of water, fiber, iron and potassium, which helped us to improve our blood pressure and combat constipation, as well as oranges, which are a source of vitamin C. 03 naranje, 01 chayote, 01 cucharada de esencia de vianilla, azúcar al gusto c/n de agua.

Para hacer este delicioso y refrescante jugo, lo primero que hago es lavar muy bien el chayote, luego le quito la piel, lo corto por la mitad, le saco la semilla y lo corto en trozos, después lo pongo a cocinar al vapor hasta que se ablande.
To make this delicious and refreshing juice, the first thing I do is wash the chayote very well, then I remove the skin, cut it in half, remove the seed and cut it into pieces, then I steam it until it softens.

Mientras el chayote se enfría, lavo las naranjas, las corto por la mitad y con la ayuda de un exprimidor las exprimo hasta obtener jugo. La cantidad de zumo obtenido dependerá de la calidad de la naranja. En esta oportunidad, ésta tenía tiempo en mi nevera, por lo que obtuve 3/4 vaso de jugo.
While the chayote cools, I wash the oranges, cut them in halves and with the help of a juicer I squeeze them until I get a juice. The amount of juice obtained will depend on the quality of the orange. In this opportunity, this one had time in my fridge, so I got 3/4 glasses of juice.

Ahora empiezo a realizar mi jugo, para ello coloco el jugo de las naranjas en la licuadora, le agregue media taza de agua por la cantidad de la chayote, seguido añado la chayote, el azúcar y la esencia de vainilla.
Now I start making my juice. To do this, I put the juice of the oranges in the blender, add half a cup of water for the amount of chayote, then add the chayote, sugar and vanilla essence.

Licuo hasta que todos los ingredientes estén bien integrados, pruebo y si falta azúcar la añado, para mí con la cantidad que añadí fue suficiente.
