Hello, great community of @amazingdrinks, today I show you a juice that for the first time I prepare it, besides it is a fruit that I did not know until my dad planted it in our farmhouse, It is a Parcha Juice, although reading online is also known as badea or real parcha, my mom tells me that she had tried it and that it is very tasty, The secret of this juice is in its seeds because that is where the concentrate of the fruit is, so these are also used in this preparation, I can tell you that it is very easy to make, but very refreshing and full of flavor. Join me in this simple step by step.
01 parcha, 01 cucharada de vainilla, 02 vasos de agua y azúcar al gusto.

01 parcha, 01 tablespoon of vanilla, 02 glasses of water and sugar to taste.
Lo primero que hice fue lavar y cortar por la mitad la fruta. Luego le saqué las semillas y las coloqué en un bol. La membrana que cubre la fruta se la retiro y procedí a quitarle la piel y cortarla en cubos.

En la licuadora añado la parcha cortada en cubos, le añado el agua, el azúcar y la vainilla.

Licuo por unos minutos hasta integrar todo muy bien. Ahora añado la mitad de las semillas y pulso el botón tres veces para que las semillas no se muelan mucho. Esto es el secreto de este jugo y por último lo cuelo.
