Hola amigos de esta gran comunidad, hace unos días preparé un grandioso batido que tomaba bastante de pequeño y fastidiaba mucho a mi mamá para que me lo hiciera, tenía mucho tiempo sin tomarlo y vaya que me encantó, se trata de batido espresso de cambur es demasiado delicioso tiene ingredientes grandiosos como lo puede ser el cambur, ya que este es mi gran aliado para recuperar energías cada vez que hago ejercicios. Les recomiendo muchísimo hacerlo, es bastante bueno y verán lo adictivo que es.

02 cambur , 1/2 taza de leche, 1/4 taza de café, 01 cuhcarada de cacao en polvo, 1/2 vaso de agua, 01 cucharada de vainilla, hielo y azúcar al gusto
02 banana, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup coffee, 01 tablespoon cocoa powder, 1/2 cup water, 01 tablespoon vanilla, ice and sugar to taste.
Para este batido lo primero que hice fue pelar el cambur y cortarlo en trozos. Luego en la licuadora puse el agua, el cambur, la leche, el café, el azúcar, el cacao en polvo, la vainilla y el hielo.
