03 mangos, 3/4 taza de avena, 1/2 taza de leche, 1/4 taza de maní, 01 cucharadita de jengibre en polvo, 01 cucharadita de canela, 01 vaso de agua, c/n de hielo, azúcar al gusto.

English:
3 mangoes, 3/4 cup oats, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup peanuts, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 cup water, ice as needed, sugar to taste.

Para preparar este potente batido, lo primero que hice fue lavar, pelar y cortar los mangos en trozos.

Luego en la licuadora puse el agua, el mango, la avena, la leche, el azúcar, el maní, el jengibre y la canela. La avena la podemos remojar unas horas antes, así conseguiremos un batido más cremoso.

Licúo hasta obtener una mezcla suave y espesa. Apago un momento para echar el hielo , que habré picado en trozos pequeños para que la licuadora no tenga que trabajar demasiado. Pulsé el botón y seguí batiendo hasta que el hielo estuvo completamente disuelto.

Blend until you get a smooth, thick mixture. Turn off the blender and add the ice, which you have chopped into small pieces so that the blender doesn't have to work too hard. Press the button and continue blending until the ice is completely crushed.
