This week I saw my impressions go up about half a percent. Well, that's a small slope, but it's still a slope!

Another metric that increased, by a much bigger percentage (88 percent), in the last 7 days was New Followers. In one week, I gained 15 new followers. That puts me at 410 followers and represents a significant increase in followers in just 4 months (since October 2023) when I first joined X Blue.
Metrics that declined this week include:
- Engagement rate (24 percent)
- Profile visits (67 percent)
- Link clicks (100 percent)
- Replies (67 percent)
- Likes (26 percent)
- Reposts (27 percent)
- Media views (65 percent)
Let's get more granular.
Impressions and Engagements
In terms of impressions, my tweets saw an average of 275 per day. While total engagements are near where they've been for several weeks now, which means they are holding steady around the 2,000 mark, they are more evenly distributed throughout the week. You can see the steady march in the graphic below.

The day with the most impressions was yesterday when my posts saw 342 organic impressions. That's unusual for a Sunday. Friday, February 23 shows 320 impressions. The worst day was February 20 with 199 impressions. As you can see, there isn't much of a range between the highest and lowest.
My 2.6 percent engagement rate says that posts viewed didn't get a lot of interaction. The best day was February 23 with a 4.4 percent engagement rate. Yesterday and today were the worst, with engagement rates of 1.2 percent each.

Link clicks were nil over the 7-day period while retweets without comments average 1 per day. Again, February 23 was the best day with 2 retweets, a tie with February 21.
Likes on my posts averaged 4 per day. The best day was February 23 when my posts saw 8 likes. Replies averaged 1 per day.

Top Posts
My top post this past week saw 88 impressions. Published on February 23, it's a short post telling why I'm bullish on #hive.
The post with the second highest number of impressions was published on February 21. A long post on crypto market cap comparisons achieved 69 impressions.
A short post published on February 22 asking followers how they describe #web3 to people who have never heard of it received 48 impressions.
The 3 posts with the highest engagement rate were:
- A poll asking if Web3 is a scam published February 21 had a 30 percent engagement rate. Half the votes said "No" and the other half said "No, but it's too hyped."
- The second highest engagement rate was 11.5 percent. A short post published on February 23 highlights why I think putting my three Biblical Legends Anthology Series books into one bundle was a good move.
- The third highest engagement rate, 8.0 percent, was shared by two posts. One was the post that received the most impressions and the other, published February 22, highlighted my book Deluge and why so many people are drawn to buy it.
For raw engagements, the post with the most was the poll, which received 9 total engagements. The post with the most impressions had the second most engagements, with 7. In third place, with 5 engagements, was the long post with the second highest number of impressions.
Metrics from this past week indicate that my X Blue account is rocking steady, attracting new followers, and holding its own. I probably need to come up with some fresh new content to encourage more engagement on my posts.
