After going up 108 percent last week, my X post impressions this week declined a mere 16 percent. That's still up from the previous 2,000+ impressions I'm used to seeing. Let's see if we can keep impressions over 3,000 each week.

It's also delightful to see engagement rate up 69 percent, link clicks up 800 percent, followers up 22 percent, likes up 56 percent, and reposts up 14 percent. The metrics that declined this week include

  • Profile visits, which fell by 67 percent to 4, replies
  • Replies, which fell 33 percent to 12
  • And media views, which fell 79 percent to 51

Not too shabby.

Engagement Rate and Impressions

Organic impressions for my posts in the last 7 days were 3.3 thousand. About half of those came on Wednesday, February 7. The rest of the week was pretty steady at about 200 to 300 impressions per day, except Tuesday, February 6 when they were at 452. The average number of impressions per day my posts saw in the last 7 days was 463.

Top Posts

Now for my favorite part of the report.

My top post this week saw 180 impressions. A post about Hive front ends published on February 7 had a stellar performance.

The posts with the second and third most number of impressions were a meme on monetizing user-generated content and another post asking fiction writers what they would name a fictional character in the biblical Great Flood. Published on February 8 and 9, respectively, these posts earned 49 and 45 impressions.

The post with the highest number of engagements, 12, was also the post with the most impressions.

For second and third, there were two posts with 4 engagements each. The aforementioned #fiction writing meme was one of them. The other was a post published on February 7 about Web3 Social.

In terms of engagement rate, the highest was 17.4 percent. That was the previously mentioned post on Web3 Social. Another post, published on February 10, featuring an animated gif, earned an engagement rate of 12.5 percent. The post with the third highest engagement rate was the aforementioned meme for fiction writers, which earned an engagement rate of 8.9 percent.

That's the rollup for this week. I'd say it's looking pretty good.
