Fridays are usually everybody's favourite because it's time to unwind a little bit from all the stress of the week, especially for those who wouldn't be going out the next day.
My Fridays are usually the busiest as I get to finish up my sewing project for the week, fabric source against the next week and then visit the market to buy some foodstuff which would be cooked over the weekend.
Today wasn't any different, although I am excited because I didn't do too much, just a little finishing to my sewing project and then my market ritual.
Being a foodie, I made plans to buy larger quantities of tomatoes and pepper since it is a versatile veggie that can make me enough stew and if I choose not to let go of my past I can quickly turn it to jollof.

I headed to the market and then I realized that everything had now doubled in price, the quantity I bought last week was less than the quantity I was offered with a double price tag.
"Man must wack" means I had no choice so I went ahead to purchase it like that.
I also bought some onions.
And then I bought fish, I was surprised at how many people rushed the fish like it was the second coming of Jesus.
I guess, it was way more affordable than the meat in the market, I could say Jack Robinson, it was just one fish left, so I purchased it like that.
The next on my list was some rice, beans, cassava flakes and wheat, so here are the pictures of all of them.
I bought a good quantity of each of them which will last me for almost a month as I won't be visiting the market for this anytime soon.
At the beginning of this year, I resolved to consume a lot of fruits, so I ensured I bought fruits every time I visited the market, here I saw a woman selling bananas and oranges although, I wanted to have watermelon and apples since it wasn't anywhere the market at that time, I purchased the banana and oranges like that.
After purchasing all of these items, I headed back home to begin my beautiful weekend.
My plans for the weekend include doing laundry, Netflix chilling and visiting a couple of friends because it has been a long I visited them.
I am excited it's the weekend and more to that, the Zealy Campaign for October has ended which means I have enough time to sleep and rest with a clean dashboard. hehe
If you didn't join the Zealy campaign last month, please do well to join as well because there's so much fun and so much to learn from, more to that is the reward (incentive) you get for all your hard work which you could use for shopping or anything you love to do with it.
