Take a break to a small cafe. It's not crowded but maybe you'll find peace there.
I always remember my late mom's words. We don't have to look far for peace. We can find peace around us. Of course, peace is not only sought but also created. How can we create a sense of peace around us even with simple things.
My husband is also not a complicated person. He always prioritizes simplicity and most importantly he feels happy with that simplicity. For example, with simple, not luxurious places and most importantly he can feel the calming natural atmosphere to look at.
This time, my husband and I stopped by a small cafe when we just came home from checking a farm. Because we passed a different road than usual and we just saw this small cafe. So, we decided to stop by because from the outside the atmosphere of this cafe looked cool.
Today is a pretty hot day. So, we felt like stopping by a place that has lots of trees for us to take shelter from the hot sun.
You can see the seating area in this cafe, it's just a simple place. Like small huts there is also a multi-storey Gazebo. Although simple, of course these places feel comfortable because they are also clean, there is no trash at all.
We chose to sit in the gazebo area. In front of the Gazebo, there is like a garden managed by its owner.
There are several types of fruit trees in the front garden of the Gazebo. There are durian trees, guava trees, pomelo trees, dragon fruit trees and so on.
In the front, especially in the fence area, passion fruit is planted because of the nature of the passion fruit plant which spreads and it makes the fence of this place more pleasant to look at.
There are also some green ornamental plants that make the atmosphere of this Cafe look more peaceful. Green ornamental plants are also easy to care for so they don't need special care that can take up the owner's time.
Let's see what I ordered for lunch. This cafe provides special soup dishes. So, I ordered noodle soup with meatball filling and also shredded chicken filling.
This noodle soup with soup is a noodle that you can easily find in our area. Because it is a local menu here. We call it village noodle soup, namely rice vermicelli noodles with soup.
With toppings of shredded chicken, fried tofu, and red crackers. Looks appetizing.
For this village noodle soup, we usually also enjoy it with spicy sauce. This soup food is meaningless without spicy sauce. 🤣 In fact, we need spicy sauce to live!
While I was busy eating, a cat came. Of course, this was a hungry cat. He teased me to get some food.
Finally, I also shared my meatballs and shredded chicken. I was glad the cat finally felt full.
After eating, we didn't go home right away because we enjoyed the atmosphere around the shady cafe. The fruit trees there made the atmosphere more comfortable. See you at my stories!
