Well, I apologize for the comments that I haven't replied to, and I'm still busy with my husband's activities for our latest homestead project. I thank all of you who always support me by taking the time to read my blog.
Before lunch, I followed my husband's activities because I wanted to take video documentation. We went to my mom in law's land. We needed old coconut trees. The felling of the trees was also to save money for the construction of the garden's boundary wall.
Even though I didn't do anything, just walked around and took videos, I also felt tired. Oh, I'm really bad. 🤣
The old coconut trees were cut down and then made into wood pieces measuring 3 meters per piece.
After accompanying my husband, we went for lunch around the area. We looked for the nearest one. My husband took me to his favorite local place.
This place sells a variety of chicken noodles. This place is quite famous and crowded. It's just that we came early so this place wasn't too crowded yet.
While waiting for the food to arrive, I took some pictures of the conditions of this place which are simple but comfortable for visitors. Actually, this small cafe is a terrace of a house.
We can see a shady tree, making this place feel cool. Indeed, it feels homey.
On the other side, there is a pretty neat tiny garden, like a grandmother's garden that makes us smile when we see it.
Also, there is a beautiful yellow bird placed in the corner of the tiny garden. Lovely view ❤️
In front of the tiny garden, there is a place for visitors to sit without chairs. We call that style Lesehan.
My order arrived. A chicken noodles menu, with a large meatball as a complement.
For other complements, I also took cassava crackers, also vegetable fritters. These snacks are soo good to eat with the flavorful chicken noodles soup!
There is no doubt about the taste of chicken noodles. The key to delicious taste comes from authentic chicken broth.
I added chili sauce, sweet soy sauce, and tomato sauce to create a delicious balance of flavors. ❤️ In every place that sells chicken noodles, several types of sauces are provided which are usually added to chicken noodles.
So, enough for today's crazy tiring day. Plus, in the afternoon I have to take care of my garden. Tiring, but very happy. See you on my next update about kitchen, garden, and also our upcoming homestead project ❤️
