Here I am again with another selfie from the car. I think by now you already know that I love taking pictures whenever I get a chance. 😂📸
Today I went with a pretty simple look. I'm wearing my white denim jacket over a brown floral top, and I really like how these colors look together. Nothing too fancy, just something comfortable that makes me feel cute.
I also kept my makeup soft, with a little pink on my cheeks and lips. And my hair? Well, I just let it fall naturally because sometimes I really don't feel like spending forever trying to style it. Having long hair is beautiful, but brushing it every day can be a whole adventure! 🤭
I took this picture while sitting in the car, and I actually liked how it turned out. I wasn't trying to make some perfect pose or anything. I just looked at my phone, made a little face, and clicked.
Sometimes those spontaneous pictures turn out better than the ones where you spend ten minutes trying to find the right angle. Although, I won't lie, I still take several before choosing my favorite. 😂
I've been thinking lately about how much we change without even realizing it. Not just physically, but also in the way we see ourselves and the little things we enjoy.
There was a time when I worried too much about what other people might think of me. Whether my clothes looked good enough, whether my pictures were pretty enough, or whether I should change something about myself.
I still have my insecure moments, of course. I think we all do. Some mornings I wake up feeling beautiful, and other mornings my hair refuses to cooperate, my makeup doesn't look right, and nothing in my closet seems to match.
But I'm learning not to let those little things ruin my day.
I have responsibilities, things to do, and personal goals that I'm slowly working toward. I don't have everything figured out, and there are days when I feel tired or a little overwhelmed. Still, I try to make time for myself, even if it's just a few minutes to get ready, listen to some music, or take a selfie.
I guess that's one of the things I enjoy about sharing these little moments here. I don't need to have an extraordinary day to have something worth remembering.
So here's another little piece of my everyday life: my white jacket, my messy long hair, a comfortable outfit, and a girl who's simply trying to enjoy her day. 🤎
